Exactly what was in the picture unfortunately, a little too short for my doberman. Worked great for my mom‘s littler size dog.

It looks very cute and the elastic part seems very firm. I don't know if the buckle for the car will be too short; I have to try it because it looks narrow.

This product works and about a foot and a half long with adjustable size!
